Was anyone else aware that Clerks II was coming to theatres this summer (July 21, 2006)?

Today I found myself visiting my dad at work.  I delivered a jump drive that he needed and a CD that I had burned.

The CD?  Long story short, he has an old Dell laptop with Windows 95 on it.  He needs the laptop to do diagnostic work on the large hydraulic machines that are in the plant.

The reality is that the laptop will die one day, so he has a new laptop, which has Windows XP on it, which isn't compatible with his diagnostic software.

The representative from the software company told my dad that it was impossible to make it work on a new laptop, and recommended he try to buy an older one.

The CD I burned proved the software representative wrong.  The CD boots the system up, installs all necessary drivers, and works exactly as it is supposed to do.

I hate it when people tell you that something can't be done.
