Yes, you heard correctly. We have picked a house and made an offer. We should know something by noon tomorrow (Friday). It's a nice place across the street from Helfrich Park Middle School. The place really blew us away, because it looks average on the outside, but inside, it has been completely remodeled... completely. If they accept, some of you will get to see the place soon!
