Great White Fire?!

I'm currently watching a news report on a fire that happened in a nightclub in Rhode Island. The band, Great White, which I've never liked, evidently didn't notice the wall behind them catching fire from their unlicensed pyrotechnics. Many people died because nobody thought there was a risk of danger. I found it amusing that the band was referred to as a "blues rock band", when I quite distinctly remember them as a "big hair band". It's tragic that people died, but perhaps more tragic was that people listened to Great White. I cannot think of a more humiliating death.

More Subbing...BPA Preparations

Looks like I'll be subbing at North the rest of the week. If any students (from North obviously) would like to see me, I'll be in the Business Office or Room 205 during Periods 1 and 2. I'll also be subbing for Mrs. Lamble on March 7 (2 weeks). Today, Ms. Walker asked me to make some tip sheets for the BPA members that are going to state for Visual Basic programming. I think they turned out well. I'm probably going to have to make some more tomorrow and the next day. Looks like I'm getting a $50-$60 eating budget on the trip (9 days away).

Bad Weather Weekend

Well, I spent the last two nights at Kristina's house. Although her family is very hospitable, it's good to be home. My cats were happy to see me, and from the looks of it, I got home just in time... they were almost out of food. I missed my cats very much. Shiro and Yurei are nice to have around because when it's bedtime, all I have to do is tell them that it's time to go to sleep, and they come and jump in the bed falling asleep soon after. Sometimes, when I wake up, I'll have one cat on my left... the other on my right. They're special kitties. :-)
