Well, my loneliness spell is only going to get worse. Turns out, Kristina has to work at the Bloomington Target from Sunday - Saturday (7 days). I guess I'll be able to work on some of my projects without feeling guilty about how much time I spend doing so. I'll probably be blogging like crazy this week, and my promise to anyone that reads... "I will try not to be a whiny little puke." In other words, no bellyaching over Kristina being gone. If anybody would like company just give me a call! Hope to see everyone sooner than later!

I'm starting to feel a lonely spell coming on again. I've gotta work all weekend, and I won't get to see Kristina very much. *sigh* Oh well, if I can make it through the weekend, I'm good as I'll have Tues-Thurs off next week. Gotta crash now.

Doug dropped off the OpenBSD box today, so some of PostGreSQL action will be occurring soon. Mad props go out to Ryan Waelde for hooking me up with a really nice person today. It's official: My car is totally street-legal now. Yippee! More news later, now I must sleep or I will surely fail my accounting test this morning... Byeee!

Today I did many a good thing. First, I finally got insurance for my car (Amazing!). Then I brought my rent up-to-date (shocker!). Grabbed some new anime, including the almighty: 801 TTS Airbats DVD Collection, Devil Hunter Yohko Collection #2, and last but not least Escaflowne: The Movie (EXCELLENT). Picked up Gran Turismo 3 (hopefully, I can sway Ryan W. into playing it...) for the PS2. Finally, I got a new monitor (one with a dot-pitch lower than .38!), so now my eyes can rest easy. It's a Mag 17" .27 dot-pitch, and I got it as a complete open-model for $109 (and I get a $50 rebate!) making the total $59! Yippee! I'm ecstatic.

Woohoo! I got a DVD remote for the Playstation 2 today, it was only $4.00 at Wal-Mart! First day back at work went very well. I'm pleased that everything went without a hitch. Also noteworthy, Kristina got a major promotion! Make sure to send her an e-mail to congratulate her! If you don't personally know Kristina, it might help if you wrote a little something about reading my blog, so she doesn't think you're a weirdo. ^_^ Talking to Doug again about the BSD box. This is a testing phase to our project. We're gonna set up a database, and I'm writing a Java interface for it. I may get all gung-ho and whoop out a JSP application instead and make a true web app interface. I love to do that crap, why don't I do it more often? I'm gonna finish up the template for the other blog, and it should start within a week's time. Smell ya later, dictator!

I saw Resident Evil tonight at the $2.50 house. It's a fun flick for $2, but I'm glad I didn't pay $7 to see it. Lots of zombies and cheap scare tactics, which makes for a great date movie. ^_^ Also brought home my PS2 today, and pretty soon, I'll be placing the order for the Linux kit. For people new to my blog, I plan to start developing some software for the PS2. With any luck, I'll be rolling in a couple weeks. Parappa the Rapper 2 is awesome. JUST SO YOU KNOW. Master Onion Chop Chop is my master. Finally, Den mentioned that he was leaving to pick up his Mini a couple days ago. For those not-in-the-know, the Mini is the re-release of the old Mini-Cooper car by Austin. I hope he sends some pictures! Peace out.
