Today sucked. Mind you, it was for no specific reason, it just... sorta sucked. The alarm clock harped at me, and thus I fended it off with a quick swat of the snooze button. It started bitching again, seven minutes later this time, and I bashed its head in and rolled back over. Finally, in anticipation I got up, ate my damn cereal, put on some stupid clothes and left. I arrived to Philosophy 200 just in time to take the quiz I didn't study for (shit!). I think I survived, possibly even with an A, although tomorrow will tell that story. Professor Mussard actually pointed out the uselessness of tits/nipples on a man (in those terms!), today. I laughed in disbelief, then wondered if I was an idiot for doing so. After all, we're talking about the philosophical proof for the existence or non-existence of God. Never have I quite enjoyed a class so much. It's so objective and makes me look introspectively at myself in ways that I've never thought about before. I'll be damned, I'm learning stuff about myself! I also learned a lot about the Bush administration, by watching Fahrenheit 9/11 with Bates yesterday. Michael Moore is a great man, but I get terribly saddened by the sass he gets from the media and some of the general public. I honestly think that if he didn't already exist, I somehow would have followed in his footsteps. I admire his style and energy when it comes to making people face their own hypocrisy. As the movie started, not 30 seconds went by before I started seeing examples of why the Bush administration threw such a fit about the movie. If you haven't seen the movie, I'll let you in on a secret that won't spoil a damn thing: Our president has made some seriously poor choices. Well, that's enough from me, my ass is going to drag the rest of me into the bed where it will expect me to fall asleep with no trouble whatsoever. Alas, my ass is poorly mistaken.
